Hello and welcome to Ritual Esthetics. My name is Haylei Rae, and I’m the licensed esthetician behind the space.

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Kauaʻi, where my love for skincare began at a young age. Growing up, I watched my mom work as an esthetician, and I was always so intrigued. Seeing the way she helped people feel good in their own skin inspired my own path into esthetics.

Ritual Esthetics was created with a simple intention: to be a space where people immediately feel cared for, relaxed, and at ease. I’ve always believed that beauty treatments should be more than just a service, but that they should be an experience that allows you to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling restored.

I deeply value human connection and approach every treatment with intention and attention to detail. Whether you’re coming in for a facial, lash lift, brows, or waxing, my goal is always the same: to enhance your natural beauty while creating an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly taken care of.

For me, esthetics is about caring for the whole person. Every treatment is designed to bring balance to both your skin and your overall sense of well-being.
